Foundation Guide V 0.3 Update!

Hello fellow Hunters and Mavericks!

Version 0.3 of the 21XX Foundation Guide has replaced Version 0.2 on the 21XX Website as of Monday, December 4th, 2023.

Be sure to download the new version, and delete any old versions of the Foundation Guide PDFs, as they will be outdated for any material printed further.

Given hefty formatting changes, stat corrections, and some rules changes, our changelog is going to be pretty robust, so be sure to take a look at the changes that occur between versions.

We've also updated the 21XX Character Builder to reflect the changes in Version 0.3, so be sure to fiddle around in the builder and see what new combinations you can do!
